Our Garden
Spring time is here! So that means we are out in the gardens again and watching it bloom. Some of the fresh organic vegetables coming out of our garden-edible flowers, spinach, chard, rocket, salad leaves, herbs, sprouting broccoli with lots more to follow over the coming weeks and months. 
This month was a big step for us, we finally got to use our own compost made from fruit and vegtable trimmings from the kitchen.
